Shipping policy

Valley Vacuum Form is a primarily U.S. based product supply, ecommerce store, and marketing company. All items are expected to begin pending processing for shipment within 48 hours unless otherwise noted in the product listing, most commonly through expected delivery times which may vary heavily depending on stock, supply, and customer location. Items are to be considered shipped if the product has left us and is in the care of third party company, either supplier, fulfillment service, or shipping provider. Item may be marked as shipped if/when tracking may become available. Tracking may not be available for every order. Orders may be delivered in multiple parcels and shipped from different locations, tracking may or may not be available for every parcel.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address they provide is correct and complete. We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters or carrier issues. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend the package.

If a package is lost or damaged during shipping, we will work with the carrier to file a claim and resolve the issue.

We reserve the right to cancel an order for any reason, including but not limited to, product availability and pricing errors. If an order is cancelled, we will provide a full refund to the customer.
